Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

Yes. We migrate your existing number to the WhatsApp Business API, or provision a new one. We handle the whole process.

Where do the answers come from?

From a knowledge base we build specifically for your hotel — rooms, rates, policies, hours, transfers. Anything out of scope is handed off to your team with "I don't know, connecting you to reception".

What if it gives a wrong answer?
